Is voice AI usage charged per minute?
Yes — voice usage is billed at €0.85 per minute with no bundled minutes, and that rate includes WhatsApp booking confirmations, reminders, and replies at no extra charge. There's no tier to outgrow and no overage rate to track — the platform fee and per-minute usage are the whole picture.
What does the implementation fee cover?
Agent training on your menu, services, and policies; integration with your POS or reservation system; and go-live setup. It's a one-time fee priced to the complexity of your setup — contact us for a scoped quote.
What is Ghost Wallet?
Ghost Wallet is GREYDOLL's built-in customer loyalty program — your customers earn and redeem rewards through every AI-handled call, booking, or order, encouraging repeat visits. There's no fee to enable it.
What is the MCP and why does it cost extra?
Our public MCP lets any AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT plugins, etc.) send you new customers who discover you through AI chat. When that happens, we charge a small fee per confirmed booking or order — because we delivered you a customer you wouldn't otherwise have had. Think of it like a performance fee, not a platform fee.
Do you support my POS or reservation system?
We integrate with Square, Stripe, and major reservation platforms. Contact us for a specific integration — most are supported via our API or n8n/Zapier automation.
Is my data GDPR compliant?
GREYDOLL is based in the Netherlands and committed to AVG/GDPR compliance. We use Retell AI for voice processing — they are a US-based sub-processor. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) covers this transfer. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Are prices inclusive of BTW?
No — all prices shown are excl. 21% Dutch BTW (VAT). B2B clients can reclaim BTW as input tax in their VAT return.
